Beef and lamb is procured through St Boswells auction market and our pork is carefully selected from trusted local farms. Our beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 21 days in our extensive chilling facilities.
Our skilled master butchers then butcher our products to your exact specifications with care.
We operate a refrigerated delivery service throughout the Borders, Lothians and Central Belt 6 days per week, Monday-Saturday.
